The CAG Environment and Resources Study Group succeeds the CAG (Environmental) Impact Assessment Group, which was first established in the early 1980s. The study group exists to promote effective environmental and resource management in Canada and abroad. Through regular meetings, newsletters, and this website, the study group serves as a forum for the exchange of expertise, information, and opinion between and among academics and practitioners on current issues of environmental and resource management. New members, whether practitioners or academics, students or faculty, are always welcome (see membership).
